Cache Estate is a family-owned property in Indio, California, built to be handed over in full, one group at a time.
The Story
A house that kept
getting bigger.
Cache Estate is owned and run by Tony and Jessica Fimbres. What began as a private desert home grew, building by building, into seven walled acres: a main villa, a casita, a pavilion and an event centre arranged around a long central axis of water and olive trees.
The design brief never changed. Modern lines, warm materials, and a plan that works as well for eight people on a Tuesday as it does for three hundred on a Saturday night.
The estate is rented whole. There is no second event on the other side of a hedge, no shared driveway, and no schedule but the one you set.

The estate sits at 80800 Avenue 50 in Indio, in the heart of the Coachella Valley, minutes from the polo grounds, the golf, and the restaurants of La Quinta and Old Town.
