The Idea
Everyone under
one roof. Sort of.
Four buildings means the family can be together without being on top of each other. Grandparents in the villa, the loud contingent in the casita, kids somewhere between the treehouse and the shallow end.
There is a full chef's kitchen if you're cooking, a grill bar if you're not, and a dining hall that seats sixteen when everyone finally sits down at the same time.

The villa and Casa Cache operate independently. Separate kitchens, separate entrances, one property.
